Restaurant Team Leader - Restaurants and Bars Team

Main Responsibility:

  • To supervise all aspects of the restaurant, in a operational ability;
  • To maximize food/ beverage revenue through effective up-selling;
  • To create a working environment that supports the company values;
  • To deliver outstanding customer service, actively seeking verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis;
  • Making sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively;
  • Assessing staff performance against Standard;
  • Communicating and delegating duties to the team;
  • Getting members of the team to work co-operatively with others;
  • Ensuring that safe and healthy working practices are implemented at all times.
