Lobby Host - Guest Experience Team

Main Responsibility:

  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure.
  • Registers and escorts all arrivals according to established procedures.
  • Ensure all data is entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with each reservation.
  • Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received.
  • Cashes hotel guest’s travelers checks and assists with currency exchange.
  • Performs the audit balances and prepares all works for audit in an orderly fashion.
  • When on night shift, check night reports, prepare the morning report.
  • Take personal interest and pride to ensure that the “living room” area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all times.
  • Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
  • Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
